• Pick-N-Place unit is driven by AC SERVO DRIVEN MECHANISM in order to have smooth operation and flexibility to increase or decrease number of layers, if required in future. This provides lot of flexibility for utilization of system loading into the requirement of frequent change in market demand of packaged containers.
• Servo Drive is provided for precise movement of distributor system for Matrix Formation for accurate distribution considering the high speed of line.
• Pneumatically actuated three jaws grippers with “FAIL SAFE” mechanism in case of power failure and low air pressure
• Automatic Cartoning System is most suitable for Automatic Cartoning of filled containers of Lube Oil, Edible Oil, Personal Care, Detergents, Pharma, Paints, Food Processing and such other products
